Ingredients~
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of ginger
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 can of pumpkin
Directions~
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt, amd sugar. Mix.
Add eggs, oil, and pumpkin. Mix well.
Place batter in paper muffin cups.
Bake for 25 minutes.
