Potluck Casserole

Ingredients~
1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. bag frozen mixed vegetables
elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions~
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Brown ground beef in large skillet. When fully cooked, remove and out in large mixing bowl.
3. While ground beef is cooking, cook frozen vegetables. Then add to mixing bowl.
4. Add half of the cheese and the remaining ingredients. Mix.
5. Put into 9×13 casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
6. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
